The attire for our wedding day is Black Tie! For men, tuxes or dark suits. For the ladies, floor length dresses.

The attire for our Welcome Party is Mountain Chic. Think cocktail attire with a western flair! Some ideas for men - nice jeans or pants, a jacket and boots. For women - a dress, a skirt, or even a fun pair of pants with heels or boots. Feel free to throw in some western accessories or a cowboy hat to complete your look!

While we love your kids, we'd prefer for our wedding to be your night off. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate with us!

A rental car is optional if you are staying in Beaver Creek as most things are within walking distance and there are complimentary shuttles available on demand. Please note, that you must download the "Village Connect" app to book a ride. However, if you would like to drive to and from the airport or do sightseeing outside the village, a car is recommended. Ubers and Lyfts are extremely limited in the area.

The weather is typically sunny with clear skies! Expect cool days (temperatures range from the 60s to 70s) and chilly nights (temperatures will usually be in the 40s and 50s). When visiting the mountains, it is recommended to dress in layers as the weather can change quickly, especially in the afternoon. We recommend bringing your hiking shoes and taking advantage of the beautiful fall colors that will be on display this time of year.

Beaver Creek sits at about 8,000 feet above sea level. Altitude may or may not affect you, but hydration is incredibly important. If you are having trouble getting acclimated, you can buy oxygen cans around the village and many of the hotel spas will have oxygen bars. You can also coordinate for oxygen delivery or a personal IV to come to your hotel in advance.
